This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“Love the product. Exactly what I was looking for in my home gym. Plenty of exercise options for a reasonable price. Very sturdy. The only thing I wish is the instruction manual be easier to follow. I could build another one of these much quicker now that I know how it is done. But the instructions were not very intuitive.”

“Shipping was fast, packaging was great, assembly went very smoothly, and the machine operated just as well as any trainer I’ve ever used. Received the item 2 days after ordering it. Really glad that all of the attachments are included with the purchase. Free shipping, included attachments, and semi local company made this a no brainer for me. I have limited floor space and this trainer didn’t seem to crowd the room. I do wish the entire unit was a touch taller for half kneeling pull downs.”

“Can’t say enough great things about this piece of equipment. It has literally taken my garage gym to the next level. Now being able to add cable work on top of free weights and TITAN’S lever arms to every workout is the best! Added a lil personal touch to the machine with motion LED strip lights that welcomes you to the machine with open arms lol.”
