This all-in-one functional trainer has dual 200 LB weight stacks in 10 LB increments for quick, progressive weight changes. With a 2:1 ratio and commercial-grade cables, it delivers smooth, controlled motion to maximize muscle activation and drive faster results.
Adjust the pulleys across 20 vertical height positions to change the angle of resistance and isolate muscles more effectively. This also allows for more core, stabilizer, and secondary muscle engagement with every rep—while numbered positions make for quick transitions.
This functional trainer comes with a rope handle, single D and double D handles, long bar and short bar handles, and dual short strap handles—plus integrated pull-up handles for even more variety.
Built from heavy-duty steel with a wide base for stability, this functional trainer stands 82" tall with a base footprint of 64" W x 44" D. (PLEASE NOTE: Requires two people for assembly.)

“I’ve bought dozens of things from Titan. Power rack, h-pnd, lat tower, strongman equipment and this thing is the best investment yet. You could get a hell of a workout just using this thing. I left the guards off and attached some bands to it instead. If you are considering it…buy it.”

“its a good machine, im a old power lifter with many injuries i just wanted something to stay fit when i quit power lifting , and it does the job, its easy to work out on and easy to change weight, and i feel it is made with quality, for a regular person its all you will ever need.”

“This is a great addition to my garage gym as i only have a single stall and this fits amazingly into the corner. I am able to do so many different moves with this machine due to the different positions for the pulleys. It is super sturdy and has plenty of weight for all the workouts I do. The fact that it also comes with additional equipment is awesome! The only things I really didn't like is the manual had to be downloaded from online. I would have preferred a paper copy. And some of the pieces didn't line up correctly, but I was able to work through it and it didn't affect its function. Definitely a must buy for any serious lifter with a garage gym.”

“I made the mistake of purchasing a Zeus fitness smith machine.. terrible terrible low quality, flimsy cheap metal, immediately return!! After some research, youtube reviews, and written reviews of the Titan functional trainer, we pulled the trigger. Shipping was fast (had it in 5 days), and honestly it was a breeze to put together. A few main components were already assembled, which was nice. This is a rock solid functional trainer! Good high quality steel components, metal pulleys, and all the attachments are good quality. When you pull on it, it feels solid and smooth. Already did a weeks worth of workouts and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who is on the fence!! This is probably your best value in this price range for sure.”

“Here's the deal, if you're a fitness enthusiast like me looking for functional trainers, you've been grinding over which FT to order for weeks. In my case, months. Are these reviews legit? Who can I believe? I can't trust anything these days. Well, this one is real deal, legit. I've also included a picture right after installation. I'll keep it short and sweet. I love the height, width, and all of the toys that come with this thing out of the box (rope, long bar, short bar, two sets of handles, etc.). The steel framing is super solid, the pulleys are smooth as silk, and the machine is stable. I was concerned about installation, so I hired a fitness installation company here in ATL. They did a great job and cut the install time down from 4 hours to 2. You'll need to reference the instructions on an iPad or print them out as they don't come with the machine (why??). These dudes also know how to ship something like this. It comes in a massive crate and packed extremely well. My wife and I carried the two towers (L, R) separately all the way around my house into the basement. I'd say they weigh about 100 lbs. each. The rest is easy except the weights. They come in stacks of 50 lbs. x 8 boxes. Make sure you use your proper deadlift motion to carry these boxes. :) Look, this thing is going to outlive me (I'm 46). I may add a bench as I'm using a Bosu ball as a flat bench (I also have a Mercy flat bench in this space). I could not recommend this more for a home gym. You may also find this in a commercial setting as well, it's that solid. Gotta go get ripped now - Cheers.”
