The Adjustable Monolift Attachment is a lift assist compatible with the TITAN Series Power Rack. Crafted with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the attachment to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the lift down. No hardware is required. Designed with counterweight handles at the top, so when you lift a barbell off the lift, the hooks will swing back toward the rack and stay there. This feature clears up space so you can exercise in place without having to walk the bar out from over the J-Hooks. Re-racking is just as easy; a short lean forward re-racks the bar and returns to its original position. Reduce the possibility of injury and go for max reps with a TITAN Series Monolifts!NOTE: A monolift attachment does not replace spotters or proper technique. We recommend ONLY using a monolift attachment with a bolted-down rack or secured to the ground for safe use.

“These are great for me. There are no gyms in my area with monolfts so I like the ability to train with these when entering upcoming meets that use monolifts. My gym has a couple of Hammer Strength half racks and I have a York half rack at home. I had these modified so I can use them with either rack. I did the fitting and brought them down to a local welding shop to be welded up. Excellent! Pics attached.”

“I have used all sorts of different types and brands of Adjustable Monolift Attachments and the TITAN Series Adjustable Monolift Attachments are every bit as good as any other out there. The built quality is top notch and for putting together a home gym these Monolift Attachments are a dream to use. I even set them up for my bench routine and it saves traveling and adjustment issues I might have from a bad handoff from a spotter. Just like the squat just push up and go and I am all aligned with my body's correct path for an easier more effective rate of travel from the top to the bottom movement throughout the lift. I would highly recommend them.”

“It was fine if it fit my power rack. I tryed to call Titan many times With no answer. Order it Anyway ,it is not free shipping, to send it back was 48 dollars it did not say that anywhere , I have order from you before and will not again. To charge me 48 dollars for something I didn't even use is wrong. I will not recommend Titan products to anyone.”
