The Plated-Loaded Lat Tower is a space-saving strength trainer designed to build your back and shoulder strength. This high-quality Lat Tower combines lat pull down and a low row position, making it a smart addition to any home gym. With dual, 13-inch loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher-intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 400 LB. The tower comes with a Lat Bar, Low Row Handle, and Thigh Pads with four adjustable positions to accommodate athletes of all body types. “Easy fit, uses the same plates I already have and was a breeze to put together. I'd reached the limit on pulleys hung on a rack for pull downs and made the jump to this. Also works great for triceps work thanks to a bigger ROM (for my set up at least) and cable kick-backs using the lower pully. I haven't yet but I would recommend bolting it down if you plan on doing any face pulls as it becomes a little unstable when pulling way vice straight down.”

“Wow! This Plate-Loaded Lat Tower exceeded my expectations! I was just looking for an inexpensive Lat Tower to use for a short span until I got a few things situated. This thing is smooth, works better than expected and was under $500. The padding is better than I thought it would be as well. I've had 200 Lbs on it so far and everything worked fine. My daughter, my Grandson and a few others have used it and they love it! I think it's a great deal for the price.”

“We recently added the Lat Tower and so far we are thrilled. It was easy to put together and so far it has done a great job. We love both the lat pulldown and the seated row. It is very smooth and balanced. Easy to add weight. We have had up to 200 pounds on it so far and it works great. Only 4 stars because I need to see the durability. If it holds up, this is a 5 star piece of equipment.”

“I was very excited to get this piece of equipment. So far, it has been an excellent addition to our home gym and we are satisfied. It came with two attachments which was really nice. The machine is very sturdy and we do not have it bolted to the ground. I would recommend this machine to anyone. Can’t wait to keep adding Titan products to our home gym. We’ve purchased several items so far and have been satisfied with all of it.”
