“Easy to assemble, extremely stable, padding is adequate, but could be softer, and the price was excellent for a quality piece of equipment. I am a competitive powerlifter, and i use mine 3 days a week.”

“This equipment is very low to the ground. The grab bars are way too short to adequately get down into exercise position or up again when done with set. No directions came with equipment for assembly. It is well built.”

“The back extension bench arrived as advertised. All parts went together easily. Instructions were available on line, not included. Although tools are included, an available socket set makes tightening everything much easier. Attaching the arms does require a 3rd hand. I was able to clamp them in place enabling me to assemble the bench by myself. The bench does fold up if additional space is needed when not in use. I would highly recommend this purchase.”
