As a powerlifter a good bench for bench pressing is vital. This is a good height (I’m 5 foot 10 inches tall and my 5 foot 6 buddy likes it too). I don’t slide on the bench AT ALL. I like that I lines up center of the rack. I leave mine permanently setup, it would be a major hassle if you plan on pulling it in and out

I bought this bench because I am a little OCD. I have a nice adjustable bench but I spend about half my workout making sure it is even between the J-Hooks. So I ordered the drop-in bench. However, I do consider this a luxury item for those who have the space for it. If you do not have the space for it, go with an adjustable bench. As far as a bench, it is sturdy and sits perfectly between the power rack standards. Nice work Titan.

I got it to use on my T3 rack system. Was excited when it went on sale. Good quality. The issue that I am having is when Im benching the bench lift ups up at the back near my feet. I get nervous. I have tried to bolt it to the rack in place of the pins it came with. It still tilts up. I ended up placing a brace to stabilize it. Still deciding if I should of gone with another bench. I got this because it was made for this kind of rack system.

Works great in my homemade 1/4 rack. All you need is a two holes near or on your uprights at about 6" to 8" above the ground. The bench allows for up and down and also front to back wiggle room with the hole mount. However, you will need a minimum of 42" between the uprights. My homemade 1/4 rack has 42 - 3/4 inches between the top of the uprights and at the base. It is a snug 42" between the hole mounts making for an extremely stable bench.
