“Excellent density. Not too hard or soft. perfect diameter. With chains, it will hang down at least 7'. You can take up some chain links with the carabiner, but it is really long. I love the length because I have a tall ceiling though. If you've got the height, this bag is great!”

“While I am pleased with the quality of the outside shell of the bags, I’ve noticed that the bags are unevenly stuffed. Several of the bags I purchased have some extremely hard spots on the lower portion making it very painful to kick. I will have to unstuffed the bags in the hopes of finding the cause of the issue before allowing my students to use them to avoid injury.”
