“One of the best purchases of fitness related equipment I have ever made. This is a solid piece of equipment. Close to commercial grade in quality, very stable and the angle of the footplate is close to ideal. Because of multiple knee surgeries, I had to give up squats. With this machine I can now do full range squats without knee pain and with minimal back tension. The only reason I rate this a 4 instead of a 5 is that taller lifters 6'3+ may face a challenge as they may start the lift at close to a half squat position.”

“I've been using this machine for a bout 4 weeks now and love it. Sturdy, solid,easy to use hits the legs from different angles. I'm now 50 and have shoulder issues. Do not have the mobility to do squat with bar so that's why I got this. So happy I did.”

“This is my third piece of Titan equipment and I have to say I’m still impressed with the quality. I highly recommend this machine if you have had knee surgeries or have knee pain. I have had two mcl surgeries and often worry about my knees in a low bar squat. With this machine I feel zero pressure on knees and ALL the stretch in my quads, hams and glutes. This is also a killer calf machine as well. One thing I really like about Titan’s equipment is so far it’s all been tall friendly. I am 6’6” and fit perfectly in this machine.”

“It's great! Hammers my ass , thighs, quads and though I of course feel it in my back, it's not damaging pain. Since stabilizing muscle are taken out due to not having to balance and or walk back or forward into, much more weight can be use(I get a lot of stabilizer work from free weight deadlifts) this machine will trick you into how much you are actually annihilating hands quads everything below the waist and even some back and shoulders just by all the weight resting on you. And if you buy some 100lb plates as I have adding add removing them can be turned into a practical real life movement exercise. This machine is built solid. I can imagine anyone other than someone really tall not loving tf out of it. I'm just now getting acclimated to where it's not taking away from deadlift strength. ITS THE BEST PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IVE EVER BOUGHT!!!”

“I received my machine in a timely manner and it was put together within 2 days. The instructions were not with it and finding on them online was not easy! The machine itself is easy to use and I love it!”
