“One of the best purchases of fitness related equipment I have ever made. This is a solid piece of equipment. Close to commercial grade in quality, very stable and the angle of the footplate is close to ideal. Because of multiple knee surgeries, I had to give up squats. With this machine I can now do full range squats without knee pain and with minimal back tension. The only reason I rate this a 4 instead of a 5 is that taller lifters 6'3+ may face a challenge as they may start the lift at close to a half squat position.”

“I've been using this machine for a bout 4 weeks now and love it. Sturdy, solid,easy to use hits the legs from different angles. I'm now 50 and have shoulder issues. Do not have the mobility to do squat with bar so that's why I got this. So happy I did.”

“This is my third piece of Titan equipment and I have to say I’m still impressed with the quality. I highly recommend this machine if you have had knee surgeries or have knee pain. I have had two mcl surgeries and often worry about my knees in a low bar squat. With this machine I feel zero pressure on knees and ALL the stretch in my quads, hams and glutes. This is also a killer calf machine as well. One thing I really like about Titan’s equipment is so far it’s all been tall friendly. I am 6’6” and fit perfectly in this machine.”
