The T-3 Series Roller J-Hooks makes aligning the barbell much easier. When racking the bar onto the roller, the roller slides the bar into the perfect position, and then the lifter can easily position the bar from side to side to center the bar in the T-3 Series Power Rack. Each J-Hook fits securely in place so you can focus on your workout without having to worry about the possibility of hook slippage or movement. Featuring heavy-duty nylon rollers and UHMW plastic on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bars knurling and rack from being damaged. Additionally, the T-3 Series Roller accepts all bar sizes from standard to large squat bars.
UPDATED VERSION: Featuring UHMW plastic on the implement's frame to prevent the rack from being damaged. Additionally, we have replaced the M12 front nut with a flush fastener to prevent your bar from being damaged.

I'm so happy that it fit in my prx profile rack and works! I was skeptical and ready to modify the old versions, but these came in great packaging, counter sunk bolts, the nylon tubes spin well, paint job is great (no chipping), and it works as it should. This makes it so easy to recenter the bar and the best addition to my rack. I highly recommend it!

This is simply a must have for anyone moving any kind of serious weight. When you bench or squat and the bar is not centered, it can be a bear to slide. This is a must have.

Solid product! I buy Titan for best value meaning that I get the most function out of each dollar spent. I have a tendency to "Hack" my Titan parts to fit my needs. Biggest issue I found was the smooth dowel at the end of the threaded pin was too long requiring you to completely remove the threaded pin to adjust your J-Hooks. There is an easy fix -- Shorten the smooth dowel. I pulled out my metal cut-off wheel and shortened the dowel to half-length. Now to adjust the J-hooks all I need to do is back out the pins by half a turn, move the hook with the pin still attached, and twist the pin to lock the J-hook back in place. Hopefully Titan takes note of this issue and makes this change on future versions -- No need for a true "pull pin" --> just shorten the length of the smooth dowel. Cheers! Morgan

These hooks have been great. They make it very easy to move the bar in the correct position. These have exceeded my expectations.

I could say that these are an amazing value for what you get, given the price you will pay for other roller J hooks on the market. Instead, I'm going to say that these are amazing no matter what the cost. Solidly built with great fit and finish. They are performing perfectly, too. I purchased two pairs and both were awesome. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more if I ever need more of them.

Ordered in mid-july and received what is described as the v2 version. Like others said that nut design to adjust the composite roller is now a countersunk allen bolt design. Both rollers were smooth and did not need adjustment. All allen head bolts were nicely countersunk and did not need tightening to avoid bolt touching bar. Also note that the insides are now also lined with UHMW so the roller-cups have no metal-metal contact with your rack which is a very nice "premium" touch. The "pop-pin" is not a pull-out pop-pin but a threaded design to have it completely secure. Unfortunately as others have mentioned it does not exactly align whether it being a regular 2-in spacing or westside spacing so rather than risk stripping the threading I do not use it. As most Titan products welds are not the prettiest but more than functional. Packaging was more than adequate and well done. It is easily a 10/10 product for innovation, quick re-design, and price. To make it an 11/10 I would address the rear pin alignment issue as well as make it an actual pop-pin.

Definitely one of Titans best products. Welds are much improved, recessed Allen bolts, finish is much better than in the past. One issue is if you are using them on a Rogue rack, the pin locking mechanism is screw in with threads, not pop pins. The holes do not quite line up with the holes on a Rogue rack.

THE BEST for bench and squats. We squat pretty heavy in my garage going well over 500lbs. If the last person doesn't rack the weight perfectly, it's almost impossible to reposition the weight. These are 5 stars all the way.
