Got this bench for Christmas and just put it together. Took close to 90 minutes but spent a good 20 minutes sorting the hardware that came in the box. If I could give this product 4.5 stars, I would, just because the instructions were a bit hard to follow and none of the hardware is labeled. There are nine different sized screws and you have to separate and group them all properly or you’ll likely have to reassemble the thing. There are also some typos in the instructions which slowed down assembly, but ultimately not a huge deal. Considering the price point and the many functions of the bench, it feels pretty sturdy and heavy duty, worth the $$. I’m not a power lifter; I am a triathlete that lifts regularly to maintain and build some muscle mass. I think this bench will be great for my needs. For the average home or garage gym, this should work without breaking the budget.

Instructions are frustrating. Bolts are not labeled and make the assembly process a nightmare before even starting. You need to know that a part of the technical nomenclature for the bolts refers to the length in millimeters so you can sort them appropriately before you begin. Also, you need to leave everything relatively loose until the end, otherwise there will be alignment issues. The instructions don’t tell you this until the literal end.

Overall very solid bunch. Have used it for a couple months now. Fit and finish are a step below my other bench. however, I'm guessing it will outlive my lifting and end up going to my kids in a decade or so. Only negatives is it is quite bulky and I would have preferred some rubber on the feet. Plus make sure you have a good socket set to put it together.

I’m very happy with this purchase. Assembly was relatively straightforward. It’s a bit clunky to adjust the angle up and down, but that’s expected of a budget bench. Once the incline angle is set, it’s very sturdy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable bench at a great price.
