“Bench received 1/31. Damaged and missing parts reported 2/2 to Titan and Route (warranty company with Titan) ticket creates for replacement parts. Actual order for parts dated 2/8. Two weeks later the parts haven't even shipped. Maybe Titan could have offered a different bench. Now I have a box of parts with no end in site. Will not be recommending Titan or purchasing from them again.”
