The Squat Handles are designed specifically for the T-3 Series Power Racks to provide more control over your squat. The 6" long handles are stable spotters while performing squats, dips, L-sits, or push-ups. Constructed from durable steel, these handles will hold a weight capacity of up to 440 LB. Featuring fully lined 38mm Nylon plastic grip liners, quick pins, and a powder-coated finish. Do not settle for the unnecessary strain on your shoulders and neck; make your workout more focused with the T-3 Squat Handles. Keeping your hands in front of you also makes it more comfortable to sit back through the movement and shift the focus to the quadriceps, calves, glutes, hamstrings, and lower back.
NOTE: For safety, the T-3 Squat Handles should only be used on racks that are fastened to the floor.

“I use these with a Titan SSB bar which I also recommend. If you train alone these become that spotter that “ know” when you need that extra help. “Benefit “ to cost ratio is easily 10:1.”

“The came in a box with no damage, the welds were nice and high quality I was impressed. The handles worked for their intended purpose and other more creative uses with a comfortable rubber grip. Although in the rack there is a bit of play, it doesn't move once its in use, and the times it does doesn't really affect a movement and the pins are secure. So overall a simple and great piece of equipment.”
