“Happy with the equipment works great for my in home gym used by about 4 to 5 people frequently. Main problems came when the footplate adjuster knob was missing from the box. Customer Service was responsive to my emails, but still took like 3-4 weeks to get the missing piece. Now that I have it fully assembled love the piece of equipment”
