The Power Strike Punching Bag is designed specifically for heavy-handed punches and kicks built with a mid-diameter of 68.875". Packed with shredded and blended poly-microfiber and sand filling, this heavy-duty, durable punching bag is crafted for maximum results and longevity. Constructed from a rugged cross-stitched canvas that adds strength to the shell for all punches, strikes, and kicks. The bag features a top hanging system with three double-layered nylon straps connected with carabiner snap hooks attached to the 3-panel steel chains, which hook onto a 360-degree fixing. Additionally, we have included a bottom tie-down D-ring to secure to the floor.

“I have worked out in boxing gyms and now work out inside of a home gym with tons of fixings..........this bag is great for its size and purpose and price. The only thing it might be lacking is the density. As we have used it for a couple months now it has begun to settle down and down the road we might need to add so more sand into it for its shape. Other than that I look forward to punching it everyday!”
