It’s an awkward piece of equipment. There isn’t much range of motion with it when using it for your neck and the pad feels like it’s filled with cement. If it wouldn’t cost me more to ship it back after shipping and restocking fees, I’d return it.

I purchased this attachment for my T3 rack because it was less expensive than the iron neck device. I had to experiment with a few different locations on the uprights because I also have lever arms, safety spotter arms and a cable setup with pulleys, but I was able to find an open spot where it works well. The range of motion is defined by the length of the "arm", which forces a relatively short arc or radius. It's a different feel from using a plate against your head while lying on your back or bent over while standing, but you'll get good resistance with the right spacing and height. One negative: comes with a spacer for 2" uprights but is quite loose and wobbly in operation. Moved it to the 3" part of the upright and doesn't rock back and forth when using it.

It’s a good product I like more because it’s attachments to the rack the only negative Thing about this is neck mount comes with a Piece the keeps the device from moving side to side because my rack is 2by3 but piece is metal on Metal and that will scratch your rack so put a piece of cloth or a bandanna

Titan is stepping its game up with the accessories! A space-efficient piece of equipment with good welds and no slop in between the parts. I can now work neck training into a circuit with minimum setup without a stand-alone machine taking up space. Attachments like this show the customization potential of power racks and the upgradability of your equipment. I'm still waiting on a 45 degree back extension rack attachment from Titan yet welcome future releases for the X3 line. Keep up the good work.

I bought this planning to ghetto rig some sort of adapter to make it work with my power rack (I've done it before with other stuff), but lo and behold, it comes with a bracket that fits tightly (albeit, unsecured, but doesn't seem to matter really) enough to make it fit 2x2 tubing snugly. Apparently, this was to make it fit their other rack, which has 2x3 tubing, but all I had to do was grab a standard 1 inch spring clip (for standard barbells), and they already included and attached a 1 inch adapter that fits front to back into the holes in a traditional power rack. Everything fits snug, and even though I'm not using this thing the way it was designed or for the rack(s) it was intended for, everything works perfectly fine. Somewhere along the line, these companies started making power racks with proprietary tubing and hole sizes - it's obvious (and a little shady) what they're trying to do, and all they're really doing is hurting themselves. You'd think that companies like Titan would get the memo that not every customer is going to switch out their power racks just so that they can use cool accessories. This one in particular could easily be adapted (the right way) to 2x2 tubing with 1 inch holes, and that blows my mind because Titan actually makes such a rack. ANYWAYS, the neck machine works great - neck curls to the front feel a bit awkward, because you have to line it up with your forehead just right. A pad designed for your face would be more appropriate. But I love the functionality, I love the small footprint (fits in my closet when not being used), and I love the fair price - best price I've found for something like this. Thank you Titan for making something this awesome, this affordable.
