The Rack Mount Leg Roller and Lat Tower Knee Holder is a combo attachment featuring a 18" long pad with a 5" diameter and a quick-mount J-hook style design that easily secures to the X-3 and TITAN Series Racks. The attachment works to keep you seated as you pull multiple reps on the Rack Mounted Lat Tower or as a unique leg roller helping provide leg strength, balance, and coordination when performing one-leg squats, Bulgarian squats, and lunges. While focusing on lat pull-downs, the Leg Holder pad centers in the middle of the rack under the lat pull down bar. As a Leg Roller, the attachment mounts to the inside or outside of the power rack. This versatile single combo attachment is a great addition to your home gym and is equipped with a heavy-duty vinyl cover for added protection.

Doesn't line up with hole spacings on all sides of the X3 rack. Ability to mount on all sides would make it more veratile. Needs a quick release spring pin. Has a lot of flex when used under heavy load.

The product works as advertised. I understand building it for a 3” width rack to fit the Titan, X and T3 series, but a slight improvement is an easy fix. Include a spacer to fill the gap between the attachment and the T3 rack. Other items have little spacers or sleeves to fit multiple units, this should be done here as well.

Great quality, easy to set up , and keeps you in your seat during heavy lat pulldowns with out killing your quads. I also purchased the 36” flip down safeties and I am so glad that I finally got them, so much easier to move, solid as a rock for rack pulls/ high pulls

I have a T3 rack and this attachment is sub par. I have many Titan attachments for my T3 and this one is a pain to put on and fit is sloppy.

The build quality is very good. Pad is nice leather and very heavy/sturdy. However it does not properly fit a T3 rack. There is a lot of instability and wiggle/wobble. On an X3 it works perfect.

One of most versatile pieces Ive added to my home gym. Limited space means you need to get creative and this adds so many options. Highly recommend.

This piece of equipment does what it’s supposed to do. It’s a little cumbersome to set up and use. Would love to have a spring loaded pin instead of the threaded pin, but that’s probably my only complaint. Have used it for a variety of movements as well.

It works for what I needed it for (Lat Pull Down), but I do have some gripes. First, the thing flexes a lot. So much that I find myself putting it a slot lower in anticipation. Secondly, the threading for the pin that secures it is so bad I fight with it everytime to get it started. This could be helped if they did a push pin like their other products or atleast sold a spacer for the thinner racks so you're not balancing it while trying to screw in the pin. Otherwise the padding is strong, almost too firm, but will probably last awhile. It does require me to remove pin & pipe safeties for bench pressing, but it's the only solution for the lat pull down system I have so I can't fault it.
