Power Speed Sled with Deluxe Harness Reviews

4.5 Rating 28 Reviews

The Power Speed Sled with Deluxe Harness is a professional grade piece of equipment that covers a wide range of fitness opportunities. Perform forward facing drags to increase speed development, primarily targeting your posterior chain, while backward facing drags are a great way to build quadricep strength. Using the handles to push the sled is also a great way to build up your hamstrings and more. The sled is designed for use with both standard and Olympic plates, and is a great addition to any personal or professional gym.

“I purchased this sled middle of March and used it several times. Great product, the only reason for not 5 stars is because there is a metal ring that holds the straps together and it started coming apart. Easy fix but I would think it would have been put together a lot better coming from Titan.”
