The Power Drag Sled is a versatile tool designed for pulling and dragging exercises, emphasizing speed training and agility on various terrains and hard surfaces. Forward-facing drags enhance speed development by targeting the posterior chain, while backward-facing drags effectively build quadriceps strength. The sled includes a 16.5" weight sleeve compatible with Olympic-sized plates and a 14.5 FT leash with a carabiner for easy attachment. This durable sled is an ideal multi-functional system to strengthen your training foundation.

“Can't go wrong for the price. Slapped some 45s on there and went to town. Super easy to set up, heavy on its own, slides well on grass, and the belt could be a tad comfier but... look at the price! Can't complain AND to be fair, it'd have to be a HELL of a belt to help with two 45s of resistance plus the sled itself. Would buy it again and again if I needed to.”

“Use this sled about 3x per week. Drag it up and down the street. Works the way it should.”

“Works great. Does the job. I have a small space though so since the leash is ridiculously long you can’t go far before having to turn around. I replaced it with something shorter. Still gave 5 stars because the sled is the important part. It works, slides well and is easy to store.”
