It features four areas to add Olympic-sized weight plates, dual vertical weight sleeves, and long handles doubling as weight posts. This multi-function wheelbarrow is your solution to grander strength training that can handle various indoor and outdoor workouts.NOTE: The four weight posts must be loaded evenly with weight plates with a maximum of 200 LB per weight post. Do NOT drop the wheelbarrow from standing height when loaded with plates.

“The weighted wheel barrow is one of the top five pieces of equipment I ever owned. The wheel barrow works the entire body and great for older athletes like me who need more functional training as we age. I also use it to train others to subtly maximize aerobic as well as anaerobic training. Must buy if you want to continue training in your latter years.”
