It doesn’t slide very smooth on turf. It digs into the turf.

Kind of a pain to have to look up the directions online. It is well built though.

Bought the sled for my 10 year old for football practice to help build muscle. Works great!

Shipping times were as promised. Product was in good condition and assembly was relatively straight forward. I’ve been using the sled for a few weeks. I use the sled with the plastic shoes in my basement on concrete and it works great. The plastic shoes leave small black marks on the rougher concrete and also leave behind a residue but I had expected that. I just sweep up after I use it. I’ve only loaded it to ~350 lbs but haven’t had any issues with bending on the high poles. For pull exercises I attached a carabiner and use a rope and strap and works great.

This thing sucks - but in the best way possible. I didn’t realize how much my aerobic tolerance had dropped off until my third 40 yard sprint. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Would definitely recommend.
