I wish the sled shoes might be a bit thicker so they last longer on rough paved driveways. I find I need to replace them very 4 months or so, mayeb around 15 uses. Since this product has increased in price at some point, in a few years the price of the shoes will be equal to the price of the sled. I do not imagine this is an issue if one uses the shoes on grass or astroturf or a freshly paved driveway. Perhaps sell them in a 6 pack at the same price as they do not fail all at the same time.

Was told that these can be used on a sidewalk. On the first use I made five passes (20ft) and it was already grinding on the nuts and bolts. This is cheap plastic and is not meant to be used on any type of concrete.

They don’t slide cleanly on artificial grass.

Thick plastic shoes that protect the sled. These work well.

Work well on my road as far as friction reduction, but the road is chewing the shoes up.
