“I've been using the adjustable prone row for a couple months now and I love it. The platform is extremely solid and the pad is very comfortable. It IS tall but all you need to do is pick yourself up a small step at one of the box stores and you're good to go. I also purchased the seal bar which allows for the added range of motion at the top of your pull. The beauty of the row is it removes ALL of your lower back from the movement therefore forcing you to actually work ONLY the intended muscles. Look around any gym and you'll see men and women of all ages performing a scary version of deadlift rows! In other words, lots of swinging of the weights up and down. Ouch. I'm in my fifties and had been a certified trainer, owned a gym for over a decade, and have been strength training for over 3 decades. Do yourself (and your back!) a favor and pick one of these up, you won't be disappointed.”

“I actually asked for this piece of equipment to be built not knowing you already had a product. it was easy to assemble although I have to admit the instructions could be more detailed. you have to use your imagination, not good. the product itself is awesome, perfect for seal rows. i love it. no complaints. 10 stars out of five. work on the assembly instructions please. i have bought a lot products from titan, never had good instructions on assembly. love you guys.”

“This was close to a perfect product. The bench is built very well. It would have been a 5 star product if this bench and the new seal row bar were compatible. As it ships, there is no way to rack the seal row bar on this bench. The rack points are not close enough together to be between the weights.”

“Extremely solid. All pieces are heavy and well fitted; no problems lining up any hardware or holes. Doesn't wobble at all. All hardware was included and the box was in good shape upon arrival. Simple design allows for easy assembly. I love mine already. Has a somewhat large footprint, but it is exactly what I had been looking for. I must have saved $1000 since nobody makes them in the US and I was having to look at European manufacturers. I have never liked the bench on top of boxes setup, so I am ecstatic about this purchase. Good job on this one, Titan.”
