The T-3 Series Independent Squat Stand is a great solution for cramped home gyms where you need to move the stand frequently. Built-in two pieces, the stands feature reinforced J-Hooks, Westside hole spacing through the bench and clean pull zone, 2" spacing above and below, 6" side hole spacing throughout the entire upright. This unit offers a considerable number of positions helping to accommodate a wide range of height and exercises. The independent upright design is extremely stable and does not need to be bolted to the floor. Many Olympic weightlifters prefer this set up for its small footprint and low-profile design. The bolt-together construction allows you to easily transport and fit the rack into any room or basement without having to worry about ceiling height.

“During the virus I started my own small gym at home. I bought a cheap squat stand from Amazon and was able to do squats along with several other exercises. But, the stand was always at risk of falling over, or because the hooks were so small, I could miss them when racking my weights. I decided to try the T-3 squat stand and have to admit it was a night a day difference. Now I feel like I’m at a real gym. I also purchased the chin up bar, which for the price is a no brainer. My only regret is I got the short stand, not realizing there is a short and tall version. I would recommend if your 5’.8” or above go tall stand with the chin up bar. The only negative took place during assembly. The stands post didn’t line up perfectly with the screws and, I had to drill the whole open wider to insert the screw. This took about 45min. Very good stand. Extremely satisfied with my purchase.”
