The X-3 Series Dip Bars by Titan Fitness® will transform your X-3 Series Power Rack into a fully adjustable dip station. Designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the Bars to your Rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and twisting the bars down. No hardware required. The two 30 mm grip handles can hold up to 880-pounds and are a great way to build strength in your chest, shoulders, and arms. If bodyweight isn’t enough, try holding a dumbbell between your legs to add more weight and resistance to your dip exercise.

“When I put these dip bars on my X-3 rack they are uneven, and I have to stick something between one of the arms and the rack's post to level it out.”

“Great addition to the rack. Pretty simple and straightforward. They are not standard dip bars with a neutral grip like the dip horns, so be aware of that. But the different angle actually makes dips a little tougher if you arent used to them. For an added bonus, I put them for storage on top of my X-3 crossmember and realized they are perfect for neutral grip pull-ups as well. Just be careful of the ceiling height. Another great Titan product.”
