The T-2 Series Dip Bars by Titan Fitness® will transform your T-2 Series Power Rack into a fully adjustable dip station. Designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the Bars to your Rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and twisting the bars down. No hardware required. The two 30 mm grip handles can hold up to 880-pounds and are a great way to build strength in your chest, shoulders, and arms. If bodyweight isn’t enough, try holding a dumbbell between your legs to add more weight and resistance to your dip exercise.

The dip bars are well constructed and easy to install. My only issue is the lack of building instructions for this and other products I've purchased from Titan (Titan T-2 rack). These things are not complicated to put together, but given how much weight these things are made to hold, you want to make sure you didn't miss something. Unfortunately, Titan's products don't come with instructions. Rather they have you enter a code on their website. Also unfortunate, the code doesn't work. This leads me to finding the instructions on reddit. I shouldn't have to go to reddit to get instructions for building this equipment. Just print the instructions and put it the box.

These were an easy buy for me. I purchased them knowing that the handles they come with might hurt my hands. For the record, they do. I had a pair of fat gripz that I leave on the handles at all times. This solved that issue. I think the overall problem is that the grips are too small/hard and when doing dips this places a ton of pressure in a concentrated spot, rather than spread out. I don’t have a Titan rack but a very similar brand with the exact same dimensions and hole pattern.

The holes didn’t match up, I had to take a power drill to enlarge holes to line up with screws. But good fo da money

You can open the package and have these ready for use in less than ten minutes. They're rock solid and will definitely last a lifetime. They're also ridiculously affordable. I'd recommend these to anyone.

Best dip attachment I’ve found out there. I have a different rack from another company and the attachment works great!

built well. works well with t-2 rack. holds me w weight vest 250# plus w no issues. quality construction and metal feels solid. handles are covered w a hard plastic so it isn’t a cheap spongey grip. might want gloves of your hands are on the softer side…

Solid dip bars. Excellent construction and sturdy. Fits my power rack and the support was very prompt when I wanted to check if it'd fit the rack I had purchased 5 years ago.

If you've been using chairs or other house hold items to do dips and other such exercises as I had for a few years, let me tell you that a set of dip bars really does make a huge difference. These are pretty sturdy and are of similar quality to the T2 rack. I don't feel like it moves around or wiggles a whole lot when I'm performing exercises on it. My only two gripes are that because of the offset of the dip bars and proximity to the pull up bar, my head comes awful close at full extension if I'm not careful (I have the short rack). the other is the plastic grips aren't very comfortable when I perform weighted dips. Neither of these are deal breakers and are very easily managed. they don't effect the quality of the product or quality of the work out. Definitely worth the investment
