The T-3 Series Independent Squat Stand is a great solution for cramped home gyms where you need to move the stand frequently. Built-in two pieces, the stands feature reinforced J-Hooks, Westside hole spacing through the bench and clean pull zone, 2" spacing above and below, 6" side hole spacing throughout the entire upright. This unit offers a considerable number of positions helping to accommodate a wide range of height and exercises. The independent upright design is extremely stable and does not need to be bolted to the floor. Many Olympic weightlifters prefer this set up for its small footprint and low-profile design. The bolt-together construction allows you to easily transport and fit the rack into any room or basement without having to worry about ceiling height.

“I bought this rack to round out my apartment gym and I couldn't be happier with how compact it is. The hole spacing is perfect for all manner of lifts, and the pull up bar works far better and feels sturdier than I ever could have expected. I'll only knock a star off for the J-cups that come with the stand. I was surprised to see that the plastic of them was getting shorn off by the knurling on my bar, and this hasn't changed since. I imagine the roller cups will work better, so I may grab those to solve the issue.”

“At first, I was reluctant to buy any equipment in Titan Fitness due to the bad reviews that I read on forums and other websites. After putting all the pieces together and testing it, however, I need to state that the quality of the Squat Stand is awesome. It is comparable to other more expensive brands. The only issue that I had was with the delivery service. The box that contained the hardware in the package was missing. However, I am still giving 5 stars because the customer service was really fast to answer my inquiries and sent a replacement right away.”

“This item was backordered over 2 months, delivery was delayed 5 days due to damage. When received it was missing all hardware and weight clamp. holders. Also the stands have a thick grease that I’m still trying to remove. The equipment is sturdy and would be great without these challenges. I’ve purchased a lot of equipment from Titan, first ever problem… disappointing. Low rating is due to overall experience.”
