The T-2 Series Dumbbell Weight Bar Holders allow you to place one pair of dumbbells on either side of your T-2 Series Uprights in order to conveniently and safely perform free-motion dumbbell lifts. Designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the bars to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the holders down. No hardware required. The safety spotters can hold up to a combined 440 LB and are a great asset when transitioning between sets and exercises. Lock them to your desired height and get to lifting!

“Best attachments i have bought for my cage. I favor dumbbells over bar work due mainly to an old shoulder injury. These dumbell "spotters" i like to call them are a god send especially when working out alone. They also seem to be universal, they fit my neighbors rack too from a different manufacturer.”

“I really like the dumbbell holders! They fit my 2x2 (1" holes) Mikolo rack well, they're super sturdy, and they hold my rubber hex dumbbells well. So far I've only tested them up to 40 pounds, anything heavier will have to be with my Powerblocks and I haven't tried them yet. I am confident that they will hold the PBs well too. I'm glad I went with these over some other options I was looking at.”

“These are fantastic! Ez on / off. Very durable and well designed. Work well with powerblocks also (was a bit worried). As an added bonus, a great cradle / catch when using my 48” cambered oly bar when doing scullcrushers. Great product and value!”

“Dimensions are perfect to hold dumbells up to 120 lbs (I don't have any larger). These are much better than rocking back into the bench with the dumbells in hand. It saves so much energy that I doubled my 120 lb DB Bench PR for reps on the first set. No assembly required!”
