The T-2 Series J-Hooks are designed with a J-hook-style mounting system that allows you to install the hooks to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and twisting the bars down. No hardware is required. The two 2-inch-wide hooks can hold up to 1,000-pounds and feature a durable plastic core on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bar's knurling and rack from being damaged. “- You need to be able to move your bar with plates to various heights for other exercises in one motion. - It's not practical to move one J-Hook up and then have your bar all crooked to move the other. - This puts too much stress on your clamp holding the plates on the bar and introduces injury risks. - Therefore, you need more pairs of J-Hooks to move the bar with plates to a new height easily. - I have two sets for my back interior, front interior, and front open exterior cage posts. - Your time, safety, equipment wear-out rates, and efficiency of workouts matter. Buy more J-Hooks!”
