The Band Pegs by Titan Fitness® mount to the bottom of your T-3 or X-3 Series Power Racks for added resistance band training. These four-pack, 10-inch-long T-shaped band pegs are crafted from solid steel with a 5/8-inch diameter are made to slide into any hole on your power rack quickly. Use the Band Pegs to challenge your resistance and stability while performing squats and bench press. Additionally, the pegs can be used to store accessories on your power rack; hang bands, chains, and more.

NOTE: Titan recommends only using band pegs / resistance bands with equipment that is bolted or otherwise secured to the floor.

“First off, I am not a huge guy, just average 58yr trying to stay fit and get stronger. Adding resistance bands to my bench program added a different and welcome stimulus and these pegs work perfectly. Setting the pegs up at different widths changes the amount of resistance and decreases the need for multiple bands. Can’t beat the price and for me, they work great.”

“We didn’t receive this item. We asked customer service to send, again. FedEx had a picture taken of several packages on my porch. By the time I got home, it wasn't there. We will leave a review if/when Titan them. I gave them another address.”
