The Extended Arm is compatible with the T-3 or X-3 Series Power Racks and Wall Mount Rigs. The wingspan extension is constructed from heavy-duty 2" x 3" 11-gauge steel with 2" hole spacing spanning the length of the 42.5" working frame. This intricate side bracing design features a welded-on gusset plate with a laser-cut TITAN logo that can mount to the right or left side of your Power Rack or Rig system. Utilize the Extended Arm to hang a punching bag, gymnastic rings, or other such rack accessories freeing up your Pull-Up Bar station for an all-out upper body workout.
NOTE: Titan recommends only using the Extended Arm on power racks or rigs bolted-down to the ground

“I use two extension arms off of my power rack. Two 10,000lb snatch block pulleys on each of the extension arms and one 10,000lb snatch block on each upright of the power rack and all can be adjusted along with cable length. Works great. I use my bells of steel leg extension rack attachment, connect cable to leg extension and use a combination of bands and plates for resistance. Very cool set up works great. Built it all (not including rack or leg extension) for about $450.00. I might be stretching it here but you could damn near pull the motor out of your car with this set up. Pretty stout set up and looks good as well, very beefy.”

“Terrible quality control. Mounting holes the world over are measured center-to-center. The mounting holes on this extended arm are not 6-inch mounting holes as stated on the Titan website. These will not fit my Rogue Monster Lite squat rack which has mounting holes every 2 inches, just like the Titan X-3 rack. The extended arm that I received, will not fit on any rack with mounting holes every 2 inches. When I provided Titan with my summary and pictures that clearly showed the mounting holes are not 6 inches center to center, they chose to call this a compatibility issue, (because my rack is not a Titan rack), and not a quality control issue. I will never purchase another Titan product because they seem to be incapable of acknowledging reality even when it is directly in front of them in pictures. I can understand paying for return costs if a customer "changes their mind", but when Titan sends a defective product to a customer, Titan should bear the cost of returning that product as well as provide a full refund. Instead, they expect me to bear the cost of returning this item and have a "restocking fee" deducted from my refund on top of that. Think about that, how do you justify "restocking" a defective product? I recommend not buying Titan products, they are cheap for a reason. I will spend my money on the superior Rogue products from now on. By the way, this review does not allow me to give zero stars, and, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.”

“I already had a Rogue RM-4 monster 3x3 rack and could not find any details on if this extended arm would be compatible. Glad I took a chance on it and it definitely fits without any issue. I use it to hang a punching bag from. Not really a heavy bag as it only weighs 40lbs.”

“I got this to hang a heavy bag on my Titan T3 tall rack. It does work for that purpose. But for anyone else thinking of doing so, it is a bit too low, and using the bag shakes the rack so much smaller plates will start falling off weight horns.”
