The T-3 Series Stabilizer Bar by Titan Fitness® mounts to the bottom of your T-3 Series Power Rack, constructed from heavy-duty 2 x 3-inch 11-gauge steel with 2-inch hole spacing spanning the length of the 42-inch Stabilizer Bar. The crossmember connector strengthens the stability of your Power Rack and eliminates the walk-through design. Additionally, this durable stabilizer can be utilized as a Daisy Chain to link multiple T-3 Series Power Racks with different depths in a gym training facility setting for better space efficiency.

This is one very seriously solid piece of steel! Less than 4 feet in length, it weighs 15 lbs and the price was well worth it!

I attach a dip bar to side of the back of 1/2 rack and this helps prevent side to side. Not necessary but helps. Adds options to attach to as well.

I put this on the front of my rack. I attached 2 weight plate holders to it. Very nice for pull ups neutral grip.

After I bought my T3 rack I made it into a six post rack that holds a lot it’s very solid

Very solid and makes my short t3 super stable. Wanted it since I got the dip bar add ons. Only issue is it sits lower than you think so I hit my head lightly doing dips if I'm facing the rack. I'm 210 and the short rack has 0 wobble or wiggle when doing dips so if you can get past having to duck on dips it'd worth it (a normal t3 woukd be perfectly fine with one)

This thing is a beast though as solid as the rest of the rack is it's possible it's not necessary unless you are doing very heavy lifting and want the extra support.

Wanted a TBar row where the arc of motion was reverse what a normal tbar is (axis placement above not below), and there I could manipulate load placement to work with different rotational intertia if desired. So I purchased 2 of these and bolted them together, and then used a safety pin as the anchor point. Works great.
