The T-3 Series Sandwich J-Hooks by Titan Fitness® are designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the hooks to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the hooks down. No hardware required. The two 1.375-inch-wide hooks can hold up a combined to 1,800-pounds and feature 1-inches of UHMW plastic core sandwiched between two thick steel plates with 0.375-inch of UMHW exposed to protect and preserve your bar's finish and knurling. “I got these because the cheaper j-hooks' plastic material disintegrated after a few years of use. I can't speak to the longevity of these but they seem to be designed better.”
