The Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar is compatible with the T-2, T-3, or X-3 Series Power Racks. The bar features eight 32mm grip options for traditional, narrow, angled, and neutral grip pull-ups. With an inside length of 42", it spans your entire Power Rack and adds depth to your full-body workouts. The pull-up bar has the option to be mounted to a 6.5-inch drop or increase. Change which grips you use to affect the difficulty and isolate the muscle groups you need for pull-ups, muscle-ups, and many more.
NOTE: If you purchased the T-2 Series Power Rack before October 2020 or the T-3 Series Power Rack before September 2022, this Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar will not be compatible.

“When u call customer service 6 times and no answer and then when u reach someone you Ask for manager and they won’t bother to get on phone , I would not do business with this company!”

“I have a short cage (5'11'') and im the exact same height. So adding this with the rise to it really makes it the only option for pull ups. Great attachment.”

“Awesome pull-up bar. Be warned if you have the T-2 with the standard chin-up bar, if you just mount this in the middle towards the back of the rack, your head will hit the first chin bar. Just remove the front bar and put this one towards the front, the rack will still be super stable. Love having the different grip options and the added height since I have the 71-inch rack.”

“The bar is super nice....but...I must have an older version of the T2 rack. My rack was too wide and did not have the mounting holes on the side supports. I was pretty bummed. Still love Titan products.”
