The Multi-Grip Pull Up Bar is compatible with the T-2, T-3, or X-3 Series Power Racks. The bar features eight 32mm grip options for traditional, narrow, angled, and neutral grip pull-ups. With an inside length of 42", it spans your entire Power Rack and adds depth to your full-body workouts. The pull-up bar has the option to be mounted to a 6.5-inch drop or increase. Change which grips you use to affect the difficulty and isolate the muscle groups you need for pull-ups, muscle-ups, and many more.
NOTE: If you purchased the T-2 Series Power Rack before October 2020 or the T-3 Series Power Rack before September 2022, this Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar will not be compatible.

“The standard pull-up bar was a bit short for me on X-3 80" short rack, so I decided to try the multi-grip pull-up bar to get some additional height. It works great and is very solid. The variety of grip positions is also very nice. I mounted it near the front of the rack and I was about to keep the 1.25" single pull-bar with some minor adjustments (see photo). Overall, I am very pleased with this attachment and the price.”

“I have a short T-3 rack. The multi grip pull up attachment gives me roughly 6 extra inches of height... just what I needed. Its well made and solid (like everything else from Titan). Great product!!!”
