The Shackles by Titan Fitness® are the perfect way to add accessories to your X-3 Series Power Rack. Constructed from laser-cut, precision-bent steel that will hold a weight capacity of 500-pounds. This bolt-on set attaches to the upper 3 x 3-inch crossmemeber of your power rack with the included hardware. The shackles, paired with carabiners, allow you to hook into a variety of grip strength accessories including, rings, pull-up blocks, grip cylinders, spheres, and more. Additionally, you can mount the shackles to the front of your upright to add more variety to workouts or utilize them as a space saver to hang accessories.

“I attached these to the cross member of a different branded rack, and it works great. I attach a pair of ab straps to do hanging leg raises and don't need to worry about scratching the pull-up bar like I used to do.”

“I have a rogue monster lite rack and I used the shackles to Make my own cable pulley system. These are very solid and very well-built. Welds are immaculate, powder coat is professionally done. Cannot tell the difference between my Rogue rack and this. Highly recommend.”

“After waiting two years for these to finally come back in stock, I have them. There really isn’t much to brag about, they do their job. What is impressive is how they were shipped. The box for them was an exact fit and the pins and Hooks were packaged neatly. They also put a 3 inch block of Styrofoam inside of the shackles where the crossbeam would normally be. Little touches that make me more and more confident about ordering items from them.”
