The X-3 Series Y-Dip from Titan Fitness® will transform your X-3 Series Power Rack into a fully adjustable dip station. Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your Rack within seconds. The two 48 mm grip handles can hold up to 550-pounds and are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20 to 25.5-inches wide.NOTE: If your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the Titan X-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack

“Extemely easy to attach and feels super safe even for weighted dips. Grip is perfect, not too small and not crazy big either. Works extremely well and is easy to store to the side.”

“For the price I paid for these I was not expecting anything crazy, boy was I wrong. This is a legit dip set up similar to ones I’ve seen in commercial gyms , very thick, very nice!”
