The X-3 Series Y-Dip from Titan Fitness® will transform your X-3 Series Power Rack into a fully adjustable dip station. Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your Rack within seconds. The two 48 mm grip handles can hold up to 550-pounds and are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 20 to 25.5-inches wide.NOTE: If your rack is not bolted or secured to the ground, you must use the Titan X-3 Series Y Dip on the inside of the rack

“Titan x3 rack with plate weight storage is a 10 out of 10. I added the dip bar and am extremely satisfied with the quality and performance of the rack. The rack was not damaged in transit. No issues with installation. Im saving a bunch of money each month now and Titans discounts and free shipping make everything convenient. Also, the weight vest seems to be the most affordable and functional in its class with 2.5 # increments that you can easily swap out or add.w”
