The X-3 Series J-Hooks by Titan Fitness® are designed with a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the hooks to your rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and rotating the hooks down. No hardware required. The two 3-inch-wide hooks can hold up to a combined 2,600-pounds and feature a UHMW plastic core on the backplate, lip, and frame, helping preserve your bar's knurling and rack from being damaged. Elevate your workouts and overall safety with the X-3 Series J-Hooks!

“These are the hooks that come with the X3 and they are fine. I bought a second pair so I wouldn't have to keep moving them since the X3 holes are not marked.”

“These are the best j hooks made especially for squatting. The deeper lip helps make sure the bar doesn't pop back out an you. Rouge ones have a very small lip and you have to be more intentional.”
