“I have sent 3 emails and received no response as to when Titan will send the remaining part so I can use the sled. I am still waiting for the bar that holds the weight in the middle of the sled. Titan, are you going to send the final part?”

“Dinged up and plastic caps Broken. Just need to Tighten up packaging and I think you’ll evolve and get more business. I’d prefer to ding my sled up myself..”

“While the quality of the sled itself seems solid, the way in which Titan ships and packages it is just embarrassing at this price point. First, multiple pieces arrived with significant dents, chips, and other blemishes due to the lack of padding in the box. I'm not as concerned with this since it's a sled and will likely get banged up with normal use anyway, but it would still be nice to receive something that actually looks new. Second, there were THOUSANDS of small little balls/pebbles inside the sled rails on mine as you can see in my pictures, the best I can describe it is like it's very small birdshot. No idea where they came from but it caused an enormous mess all over my garage floor while unpackaging, and I'm sure I'm going to be finding them scattered across my garage for years to come now. Third, there were not any tools for assembly. Word of warning for anyone who orders this, if you don't have 1 inch sockets/wrenches, you're probably not going to be able to put this together securely. Extremely disappointed with my recent purchases from Titan, from my experiences so far it's not worth saving a few bucks over the more expensive competing brands.”

“For the price which includes the plastic skids you can’t beat this prowler style sled. Arrived with a few cosmetic blemishes and two cracked front skids. I contacted Titan and they sent out two new replacement skids. A sled is going to get all scratched up anyway from normal use so why pay extra for a different brand stamped on the metal? Used it a bunch since I’ve had it and it’s holding up great and really adds to any workout. This is my first purchase from Titan Fitness and overall I’m happy, totally worth the price as long as you use it.”
