I tightened the each bolt like I normally do and it put a indented mark on each corner bracket. I've bought Rogue 3x3 which is American steel and NOT one time has it ever put a indented mark where bolts were tightened. Contacted customer service and they told me it was my fault and didn't offer any solution. Horrible customer service. I won't ever buy anything again from titan. Service is crappy. I'll say this is that they're equipment is gotten better from 2 years ago when I first started buying from them and I've sent back everything I bought from them and I keep giving them opportunities and I will say this that they at least did make a lot better rack but yet still has low quality to it and I wish I would have just spent the extra $400 and bought from Rogue or rep Fitness because I can guarantee I wouldn't have dealt with what I'm dealing with so no don't buy this

Do your research on this rack before purchasing unlike me. This is a very good rack and I do recommend it, however, there are certain attachments that aren’t for use for the flat foot X-3 rack, like the lever arms and the lat pull down attachment.

Setup was relatively easy for this X3 rack. Need a socket wrench and adj wrench. All bolt holes lined up and welds look very good. Very stable rack for big exercises and pullups. I was gonna go with Rogue, but their prices are almost double for same type of rack. I would suggest this X3 rack to anyone who wants a stable well built platform to do squats and other heavy lifts or pullups.

Arrived in great shape, no "ugly welds" or other things some reviews had online. Took about 75 minutes to setup between two of us and would have been an hour or less if we were paying attention closer.
