Products are great if you receive them. Ordered 3 items, one was backordered. It kept getting pushed further out, and then they went ahead and charged me for the backordered item. After getting pushed out again, I cancelled, and am now 22 days into waiting for my refund. Reached out 3 times and told the same 2-7 days depending on your bank scam.

Hello Ryan, please accept our deepest apologies for the delay in the backorder date, which led you to cancel your order. Unfortunately, backorder dates are estimates, so your order may arrive sooner or later than expected due to a variety of factors such as quality and shipping delays from our manufacturer. We will definitely use your feedback to enhance our procedures and keep our customers informed about the status of their orders. I checked your account and found that the refund was issued on April 25, 2022. Please email us at info@titanbrands.com with the reference PBR Joanna if you require further assistance.

This is a solid rack at a great price. A few drawbacks though: - installation instructions include no dimensions whatsoever. They consist of a simply diagram that shows the parts. There are many videos on YouTube that other buyers have made, unfortunately Titan updated the rack dimensions (width of pull up bar) so these videos aren’t accurate anymore. I’ll add, the instructions aren’t even included with the package, you have to download from the product website. - the pivot bracket that enables the rack to fold has absolutely no play to it. So, expect that you’ll need to drag this across you floor every time you open and close. Other competitors racked give a half inch of play so you can lift and fold in. This isn’t a big issue if you don’t plan to fold away, but something to be aware of. Other than these issues, it’s a solid rack at an amazing price, with free shipping. If only they made wall stringers this would be a real gem.
