Super sturdy rack. Worth every penny. I'd purchase another if necessary

I did a lot of research on racks before I settled on this one. The first thing I noticed is how rugged and sturdy this rack is. It is truly a gym quality rack. It's heavy duty and I can't wait to add to it. I have zero regrets with this purchase and will enjoy using it for years to come.

Pros: 82" height option, flat foot doesn't require bolting to floor/platform, good quality, packaged well and no missing parts. Cons: (1) J-hook has too much depth and bar can roll forward & backward, which is annoying. (2) The online manual leaves much to be desired, this is my biggest complaint and why I don't give this rack 5 stars. (a) provide ONE link to the manual, not a different link on print-outs included in each box (I had 5 printouts, each with a unique link). The manual search page is awful, the dropdown function worked poorly. (b) the manual is a PDF, splurge for color photos or better technical illustrations. You don't have print costs, so show more views and provide explicit instructions. I had to do Youtube research to figure it out, which is not what I expect -- and there's an idea, create assembly video instructions for each product! (c) tell me the tools I need to assemble the squat rack, wish I had known ahead of time to buy a 15/16 socket & ratchet and wrench.

The power rack is truly a great value when on sale. The company has definitely improved in terms of quality compared to years past. The flat foot system is very stable, even when I utilize the dip attachment on the outside of the rack. The fat pull up bar has minimal purpose for me. I picked up the safety pins separately, but I wish they had been included as in previous years. Overall great product and would highly recommend.

I received my rack 3 weeks ago and I can say that these one hell of an extension of me smile. My X-3 Series flat foot arrived in overly rap up in tape, which is no problem, keep a ugly rap to keep it safe. There was no dings, cuts, or scratches. These is my first Power Rack and I'm extremely pleased of the built and the sturdiness. Thanks Titan!!

I ordered the rack and the bench at the same time. The description for the drop-in flat bench says it is compatible with the X3 series rack, but the reality is that it will not work with the X3 flat foot. It’s very disappointing. I contacted their support three weeks ago, and the first response was “The product page says the bench is compatible with the X3 series.” I sent pictures showing how the gussets on the flat foot rack block the bench from slotting in properly, and they said they would get back to me. I’m still waiting. The rack is good. I wish Titan would let me review the bench, but the email they sent. me to review the bench only linked to this review form for the power rack. It’sa shame. I built a whole home gym with Titan Fitness equipment, but I can’t bench Press because I’m still hoping to get a refund, so I have a brand new, unused bench just sitting there. I’m planning to add to my home gym next year, but this experience has soured me on Titan Fitness.

The rack was easy to set up and has been great as we transition to our home gym!

Nice quality, mostly clean out of the box, and you can't really beat the price. But why I ultimately chose the X-3 was because it's a flat foot rack that goes up to 91". Most other brands don't offer a flat foot this tall. This thing is very stable too. A nice bonus are all of the available attachments. Titan kind of has it all, but the 3x3 with 5/8 hardware makes it open to a world of 3rd parties too. Oh, and the (free) shipping was ridiculously fast. Think I had my whole rack and all of its boxes in like 3 days.
