The X-3 Series Flat Foot Power Rack from Titan Fitness® is offered in 82 and 91-inch models to fit your gym needs. Featuring heavy-duty 3 x 3-inch 11-gauge square steel uprights with Westside hole spacing through the bench and clean pull zone, 2-inch spacing above and below, 6-inch side hole spacing throughout entire upright, a bolt-together design, and a powder-coated black finish. Additionally, the power rack comes standard with a 1.25-inch pull-up bar, a 2-inch fat pull-up bar, and two reinforced J-Hooks. “We did a lot of research and watched lots of videos on YouTube trying to find the right power rack that fit our needs with respect to price and size. We decided to go with the X-3 Flat Foot 91” and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. It does not move at all and is very sturdy. Very well built and fits perfectly in our space. And all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend the Titan X-3 Flat Foot Power Rack.”

“The holders themselves are excellent, but if you use the pin & pipe safety bars you can effectively only mount one holder very low, and one very high. Otherwise the weight plates being held will interfere with the weights on the bar depending on where you put the J-hooks. Also, they limit where you can put the J-hooks. But if you use the Spotter arms, you can mount the weight holders on the rear uprights and the spotter arms and J-hooks on the front uprights and have outstanding workouts and fast, convenient weight changes.”

“The weight plate holders work great. They are solid as a rock. That said I would probably go with the j hook style next time for ease of adjusting.”

“The rack is outstanding! I love it! The perfect size for our garage gym. From what I can tell so far, this rack is just as good as any other high price brand rack (cough cough Rogue). Very easy to put together too and the delivery was extremely fast. The only confusing part was identifying which bolts need to go with each part. There were no numbers to identify the bolts with each part. We figured it out for the most part and it was still very easy. Plenty of left over parts too which is never a bad thing. I love this rack and can't wait to break her in after surgery!”

“We love our Titan X-3 flat foot power rack, adjustable bench, and dumbbell rack. They are solid, stable, and built with high quality components. The bench cushion is also thick and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone considering Titan to pull the trigger. The Titan products in our home gym are equivalent or superior to equipment I’ve used in high end commercial gyms. Titan is easily the best value on the market today. Thanks for helping our home gym dream come true!”
