The X-3 Series Flat Foot Power Rack from Titan Fitness® is offered in 82 and 91-inch models to fit your gym needs. Featuring heavy-duty 3 x 3-inch 11-gauge square steel uprights with Westside hole spacing through the bench and clean pull zone, 2-inch spacing above and below, 6-inch side hole spacing throughout entire upright, a bolt-together design, and a powder-coated black finish. Additionally, the power rack comes standard with a 1.25-inch pull-up bar, a 2-inch fat pull-up bar, and two reinforced J-Hooks. “The quality of the rack is nice. I do wish I would have done more research when it comes to being able to upgrade the rack. Titian does not have a way to add a functional trainer to the flat foot rack. When it comes time to me being able to add one, I will have to go to a different company, create my own, or get a different rack. Unless Titian comes out with a functional trainer I will be able to put on my X3 Flat foot rack, I will probably end up getting a different rack. Overall quality is good, and was very easy to put together, but would strongly recommend not getting the flat foot if you are wanting to upgrade your rack.”

“You might want this one for flexibility. Of course, moving it around is not ideal, but in my case, redesigning my home gym is a must, and not having it bolted down is a game-changer.”

“We did a lot of research and watched lots of videos on YouTube trying to find the right power rack that fit our needs with respect to price and size. We decided to go with the X-3 Flat Foot 91” and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. It does not move at all and is very sturdy. Very well built and fits perfectly in our space. And all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend the Titan X-3 Flat Foot Power Rack.”

“The holders themselves are excellent, but if you use the pin & pipe safety bars you can effectively only mount one holder very low, and one very high. Otherwise the weight plates being held will interfere with the weights on the bar depending on where you put the J-hooks. Also, they limit where you can put the J-hooks. But if you use the Spotter arms, you can mount the weight holders on the rear uprights and the spotter arms and J-hooks on the front uprights and have outstanding workouts and fast, convenient weight changes.”

“The weight plate holders work great. They are solid as a rock. That said I would probably go with the j hook style next time for ease of adjusting.”
