This attachment doesn't fit my rack due to the hole spacing so I was going to return it. The return policy states that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and that's it. There was also a review that said customer service was very helpful. NEITHER were true. The customer service rep couldn't fully understand what I was asking and that there was NO supervisor to escalate the problem to. I was also told that the return policy on the website was out of date and there was a 20% restocking fee. This information is not available for the customer to review unless requested. Titan will not get my business again.

Sweet leg attachment! Smooth functionality and much more comfortable than the stacked machine at my local gym. Also feel my adductor engaging more than the gym machine. Definitely worth buying for a home gym

It’s a beautiful piece of equipment, built is excellent. Just one problem, it did not fit my rack. The set pins are way too big and the holes on the rack never matched up. I would have loved to keep it, but it’s just does not work for me. I wish you made one that fit

Great addition to the garage gym. Leg ext and hamstring curls are much easier. Obviously not quite as efficient and a cable machine but very good. Well build, easy to use and move from the squat rack. Very happy with purchase.

The quality of this product is outstanding, but it doesn’t fit the hole spaces on my T3 rack and the pins sent were too large for the holes. I was able to use smaller pins from Rogue to use the device and make up a way to stabilize it. Thankfully I can use it in some capacity, but disappointed it doesn’t fit my Titan rack. I would have thought it would have been compatible.

It is a great machine everything very sturdy and smooth. A few more changes, upgrades and tweaks and this could be the best on the market. First make this for the x3 rack, using 5/8 pins instead/aswell. Giving everyone options. Second the selector pin for the seat would be much better as a spring load instead of a screw in tightening pin. Lastly fix the issue of no tension to start on the leg curl by adding a selector gear or a front loaded plate.
