The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine is an easy-to-use stabilizer machine keyed to improve balance and range of motion. The machine features a plate-loaded system, an adjustable padded seat with a backrest, dual foot positions, and a smooth gear system. This inner and outer thigh machine targets your adductor and abductor muscles from one seated position! Easily set your desired weight, sit back on the high-density seat/back cushions, and turn the knee pads so that they rest against the outside of your knees and press outward against them, working against the resistance of the abductor's muscles. Adjust the machine as necessary, position your legs outside of the pads, and press into the cushions to work the adductor muscles.
UPDATED VERSION: The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine now comes with the bottom half pre-assembled and welded together.

“It’s pretty hard to train abductors and abductors without defaulting to bands or sumo squats. This machine allows you to incrementally load and target optimal ranges for your goals. Took 45 minutes to get out of the crate and an hour to set up. Light enough to still slide around my gym, while I slid it into place and found a good home for it. Been using it every other day, at half the price of others!”

“I took a chance in purchasing the Titan plate loaded abductor/adductor machine. I couldn’t find any reviews on YouTube to make an informed decision. I’m glad I did. I own five different machines from Titan and this is by far the best. The quality is fantastic. It’s extremely smooth. The most important aspect is you feel the resistance throughout the entire range motion for both movements. I was debating about getting a less expensive one but I’m glad I went with the Titan. Don’t hesitate to buy.”

“Very smooth and sturdy. Easy assembly- except it comes in a very big, reinforced, wooden box - with bottom half premade- so it takes some work to even get out of the box. Then requires two people to carry the main piece. Very heavy when assembled. Not ideal for short femurs/legs- I am 5’ tall - have to use a back pad to push myself forward in order to have the proper leverage.”

“This machine is of great quality and has a workable small footprint. Very smooth action. I ordered this at 1:30 on a Wednesday and had it by Friday. The packaging was overkill to prevent damage. Highly recommend.”
