The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine is an easy-to-use stabilizer machine keyed to improve balance and range of motion. The machine features a plate-loaded system, an adjustable padded seat with a backrest, dual foot positions, and a smooth gear system. This inner and outer thigh machine targets your adductor and abductor muscles from one seated position! Easily set your desired weight, sit back on the high-density seat/back cushions, and turn the knee pads so that they rest against the outside of your knees and press outward against them, working against the resistance of the abductor's muscles. Adjust the machine as necessary, position your legs outside of the pads, and press into the cushions to work the adductor muscles.
UPDATED VERSION: The Plate-Loaded Hip Abductor and Adductor Exercise Machine now comes with the bottom half pre-assembled and welded together.

“This is a well made quality machine, very smooth, and targets the intended muscle. I believe it was responsibly Priced at $700, but not over $1000. Wanted it for a while would not have purchased if they didn’t have a sale bringing it down to its original price. At over $1k you’re approaching lower end gym quality. Would recommend if the price is between $700-$850ish. Very well made, and sturdy.”

“Our package was received unexpectedly pre-opened. Someone had started putting it together and then returned it. All the wrapping and bags were thrown in the bottom of the box vs being around their respective parts. Many nuts and bolts were missing so we had to engage support. They did ship out all replacement nuts, bolts and washers. They said the setup guide/manual was available online and shared the link to us. This guide started at about step 8 like much of it came pre-assembled. This was not the case. We had to find the guide on their webpage but it was very much like working on a puzzle; screenshots of diagrams that were very hard to decipher what went where. I did get it together but it was a challenge. I did not see anything explaining the adjustments for it so had to figure them out too.”

“Do not hesitate to purchase this machine, it is exactly as described. My husband did not have any difficulty assembling, less than an hour to put together. It functions beautifully, and I’m so happy to have it as part of my gym.”

“High quality commercial grade equipment for the home. Intricate instructions but my husband was able to put this together by himself in a short amount of time and the product is very sturdy. He did have to download instructions though..”
