“I am giving it five stars because it will do exactly what you wanted to do. It’s intended function is definitely a five star function. What I use it for, would probably be a 4 1/2 star. I am using it for my curl bars. I put them on this because they’re not rackable. For me, I would love to have a rubber coating on top. I have used a specific rubber held on with electrical tape and it works fantastically. My bars don’t get scratched or marred. Neither do the supports. I would love to see this come with a protective coating on top to protect bars that can fall on it. It seems very sturdy. It feels strong. The steel feels more than adequate to withstand normal use and maybe even a little abuse. I’ve never been 100% satisfied with their locking mechanism. I have other things of theirs with similar locking mechanisms that I don’t like. However, this one’s a lot thicker and it really stays where you put it. So I am pleased with it in this instance. I have no complaints and I am happy with my purchase.”

“Very solid and sturdy pieces. Couldn't pull up the online assembly instructions for some reason?? But very intuitive / obvious how they went together (even for a guy like me who's not much on the tools / handyman front.) So very easy to assemble, even without the notes. Overall very happy with the product. VERY sturdy pieces, especially for the reasonable cost.”

“I purchased these Bench Press Spotter Stands for my home gym and they are exactly what I was looking for. They are sturdy, easy to assembly, and convenient to position. They don't take up a lot of space in my apartment but they are a gamechanger for in-home bench press access. The only flaw that I've detected is that the angled metal bar holders are somewhat harsh on my barbell. I recommend adding foam padded strips to the bar holders to preserve the metal.”

“I was looking for something I could benchpress with that did not take up a lot of room. I needed to store it in a limited space and use it as needed. It surpassed my expectations. Easy assembly. You could use two pair of pliers, but a socket set will minimize any scuff marks on the bolts. When assembled it could easily hold 300 to 400 pounds. When storing you can stack one on top of the other”
