The Low Bar Push Pull Drag Sled with a deluxe harness is a professional-grade training sled that covers many fitness opportunities. This power sled is designed to create resistance through pushing and pulling motions, and with added Olympic-sized weight plates, the exercises become more challenging. Adjust the deluxe harness to focus on different muscle groups and improve your running form. Perform forward-facing drags to increase speed development, primarily targeting your posterior chain, while backward-facing drags are a great way to build quadricep strength. Using the handlebar to push the sled is also a great way to build up your hamstrings.

The sled is great. It is minimal enough to not be too bulky when transporting or setting up, can be stored easily, and does not have sharp edges that might be prone to denting or anything like that. The sled is functional in the sense that it can be pushed or pulled and is not a pain to move around or load into your car. The clips for the harness are a bit small but that is not really a big deal, especially because they still work or you can buy a separate pair of clips from a hardware store for cheap. The only part of the design that could be improved would be to make it where it is easier to pull the weights off the base of the rod. However, this is also not a big deal and can be mitigated by putting a smaller weight first, before stacking bigger weights on top of it.

Doesn't slide well on pavement. Needs some type of UHMW on the bottom.

After using the sled for sprints, drags, and push it is a great sled. I’ve used anywhere from a single 45lb Olympic plate up-to (4) 45lbs plates with no issues. The sled does move smoother on short grass or turf. I took it onto a grass field where the grass was higher than normal and while using lowbar push, the sled dug into the grass. For the price, great quality sled.

Good product, it can be pushed and pulled on a home carpet without causing any damage, and it stands upright. The rubber smell is bad though and hard to remove. Also, because there are anchor points only in the front of the sled, the harness is meant for pulling forward not backward. I found a strong elastic band to work well enough for pulling backward.
