Increase your arm strength with the Wrist Roller designed for forearm and grip strength training. This durable roller will build powerful muscles, increases cardio, and enhance flexibility. Load the included carabiner with a dumbbell, kettlebell, or attach a loading pin with a weight plate. Raise the roller at shoulder height and carefully rotate the Wrist Roller’s handles forward and backward. Doing so will raise or lower the attached weight for a gentle warm-up or a more focused workout. Once you are done with the strength accessory, wrap the strap around the handle and secure it with the velcro strap for easy storage.

I bought this to replace my old DIY wrist roller. It's built like a tank. The grips are about 1 3/4" in diameter and are wrapped in a thin, dense foam. It makes for a challenging but comfortable grip. The velcro wrap that secures the strap for storage is a nice touch. Contrary to what another reviewer wrote, the loading pin works for standard 1" or olympic 2" plates. (the base of the loading pin is almost 3" in diameter, so there's no way an olympic plate could slip off.)

The wrist roller is great. Does what it is designed to do. The reason for the low rating is in the description it says that the handle portion is knurled. This is the reason why I bought the wrist roller, thinking the handle was knurled. To my surprise when I opened the package the handle has a foam layer on it. If you want a wrist roller with a knurled handle I suggest purchasing one from grip genie.

I purchased the wrist roller to help with overall arm and grip strength. My goal is to make the great Brian Shaw’s forearms and grip strength look average at best. The equipment showed up within 2 days. Assembly is next to nothing. Doing sets of 8-10 revolutions with a 25 pound plate 3 times twice a week on top of other grip and forearm exercises has got my forearms and hands burning with gains. Good luck mere mortals.

It is a good roller but the diameter of the handles are too big. Someone with small hands have trouble with it.

Overall, I find the Titan Wrist Roller to be an excellent tool for building wrist, forearm, and grip strength. The one thing that would improve this equipment would be to have a choice of loading pin that comes with the Wrist Roller -- specifically, if the loading pin came in a choice of accommodating standard weight plates (as it currently does) OR Olympic weight plates. All my weight plates in my home gym are Olympic size, with a 2-inch diameter hole in the center to fit Olympic barbells and the weight plate bars on my leg press and leg curl machines. I had to purchase an Olympic-sized loading pin available through another company, then attach it to the Wrist Roller using its safety clip. I'm inclined to believe most of your Wrist Roller customers and potential customers prefer and use Olympic weight plates rather than standard-sized plates.
