“Back in the day pull ups and dips were my favorite go to moves. Now at 63 shoulders are shot and let’s face it strength isn’t what it used to be. This machine brought all that back for me. Or if you are a beginner and want to work your way up to full body weight pull ups and dips this machine is the way to go. Construction is heavy duty, design is perfect and operation is smooth. I have purchased 8 machines from TITAN FITNESS and many accessories and this just might be my favorite. If you are on the fence and can’t decide I recommend this machine. Also assembly was simple and did it by myself. Only thing to consider is the size. My basement has 10 ft ceilings and it’s perfect. Standard 8 ft ceilings and you will be banging your head. This is not a little piece of equipment. TITAN FITNESS ROCKS and the free shipping always makes an easy decision. COME ON GET IT !!!!!! You won’t be disappointed”

“I have had 2 others and this unit with its weight trolley fully compares to a club unit with two distinct advantages such as you load your weight versus selectorized. The offset step ups are perfect and the handles are perfectly ergonomic. If I had to give it any cons it would be the packing and how it was palletized! Extremely satisfied especially since Titan has really upped their game and coming out with designs that bridge commercial type equipment with home gym features such example as the weight trolley that allows you to add Olympic plates.”
